Confused by the name of the array

It looks in the setup that the array is called multiplyAll. Why is the function using ‘arr’ as the array name?

Your code so far

function multiplyAll(arr) {
var product = 1;
// Only change code below this line

// Only change code above this line
return product;
}

multiplyAll([[1,2],[3,4],[5,6,7]]);

Hi and welcome to the forum!

multiplyAll is the name of the function and arr is the name of the function argument which is the array.
