Console not giving me enough information to debug issues with my code

Tell us what’s happening:
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong here, and the console is just giving me

Your code so far

var myNoun = "dog";
var myAdjective = "big";
var myVerb = "ran";
var myAdverb = "quickly";

// Only change code below this line
var wordBlanks = "A really " + myAdjective + " " + myNoun + " " + myVerb " " + myAdverb + "."; // Change this line
// Only change code above this line

Which seeems functionally identical to the given solution of

var wordBlanks = "The " + myAdjective + " " + myNoun + " " + myVerb + " " + myAdverb + ".";

Looking at your code here, do you see anything wrong??

If you do not, as you probably already know, you have to multiple variables with a +, in your code, you forgot to add a + to myVerb " "

Ok thanks, that was my mistake.

It seems like the console ought to show me a readable output when I add the + though right? Instead it shows

Blockquote /**

  • Your test output will go here.
    */

That’s just a text to show where the console is. If you want to see what your code is doing, you have to use console.log(); It is a really useful skill to have.
