Nearly finished with the new Responsive Web Design course and it appears that the last two lessons are listed wrong way round. Ferris wheel introduces animation concepts in detail and has necessary guide text so should come first. Penguin lessons expects you to know these already and I spent time looking up how to do animation, not necessary if I had done the Ferris wheel build first.
It is quite clear that this lesson was meant to be after Ferris wheel one, on the last steps it says “Congratulations you have completed Responsive Web Design certification”,
