Your form looks good @fcosueza. Something to revisit;

  • Run your HTML code through the W3C validator.
    • Since copy/paste from codepen you can ignore the first warning and first two errors.
    • There are HTML coding errors you should be aware of and address.

Its clean. but it could use a dark theme

Your right!! The file has an extra id attr. I forgot to pass through W3C validator. Thank you!! :slight_smile:
