Create a Form Element-Input help

So while I was doing the Create a Form Element lesson it said I needed to include input within a form… I thought I already did though? I don’t exactly understand what to do so if someone can help it would be greatly appreciated!!

You were supposed to wrap the form around the existing input. Instead you put the form after the existing input and added a new input. If I get rid of the new input and move the old one in there, it passes for me. Always read instructions closely.
