The form element has an opening and closing tag.

Example:

You have an incomplete form element. It also does not have the input element inside it.

This is what you have:

<form action="cat photo url><"

It needs to look like this (click to see):

<form action="use-the-correct-submit-cat-photo-url-here">
  <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">
</form>

If you have updated your code you have to post it so we can see it.

To enter a code block into a forum post precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

This is correct except for the placeholder text. It should URL (all caps), not url.
