Create a Horizontal Line Using the hr Element error

Tell us what’s happening:
It’s giving me an error message saying "the hr tag should come between the title and the paragraph. " It meets that criteria, yet I can’t get it to accept my solution. I’ve tried relocating the tag everywhere else around the title and the paragraph and it still won’t except.

Reverse the p and em tags in the paragraph. It should work.

Should look like this:

<em><p>Google was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin
while they were <u>Ph.D. students</u> at <strong>Stanford
University</strong>.</p></em>

looks like a bug. wrapping p tags with em is bad practice
