Tell us what’s happening:
Hi guys, I really think there’s something wrong with the way this is compiled. I know it is correct. How do I contact FCC administrators about this? Other new users should be experiencing this too. Thanks for your replies in advance.

Your code so far

<style>
  h4 {
    text-align: center;
    height: 25px;
  }
  p {
    text-align: justify;
  }
  .links {
    text-align: left;
    color: black;
  }
  .fullCard {
    width: 245px;
    border: 1px solid #ccc;
    border-radius: 5px;
    margin: 10px 5px;
    padding: 4px;
  }
  .cardContent {
    padding: 10px;
  }
  .cardText {
    margin-bottom: 30px;
  }
</style>
<div class="fullCard">
  <div class="cardContent">
    <div class="cardText">

Yes @Mapelsun, it is a well known bug and there is already GitHub issue for this.
There are many posts on forum regarding this issue.
If you had searched forum, you would have found out.
So, for now, skip it and move on to next challenge.
Do not worry while skipping cause it will not affect your certificates.
Hope that helps.
