Create a Horizontal Line Using the hr Element not passing second test

Tell us what’s happening:
I’m not exactly sure what I’m doing wrong. It won’t pass the second test of the hr tag being between h4 and p. I have done that and double, triple, quadruple checked and it still won’t pass. Anyone see the issue or is this lesson possibly buggy?

Your code so far

<style>
  h4 {
    text-align: center;
    height: 25px;
  }
  p {
    text-align: justify;
  }
  .links {
    text-align: left;
    color: black;
  }
  .fullCard {
    width: 245px;
    border: 1px solid #ccc;
    border-radius: 5px;
    margin: 10px 5px;
    padding: 4px;
  }
  .cardContent {
    padding: 10px;
  }
  .cardText {
    margin-bottom: 30px;
  }
</style>
<div class="fullCard">
  <div class="cardContent">

It worked for me … try adding the tag first …

it works for me by adding the tag first

Had same issue, seems like a bug with the 2nd test. Mine passed after i enclosed<p> inside
<em>

<h4>------</h4>
<hr />
<em><p>----------</p></em>

.

That’s odd! It passed once I did the same thing. Thanks for the tip!
