Your code works fine, which browser are you using.?Try refreshing your browser, clear the cache or try another browser.

Thanks for your reply. I have founded the reason ----caused by the browser, indeed. I am using the Chorme browser and it will set up the minimum font-size automatically. So just go to the setting page and change the minimum font-size and the problem will be solved.
