You have to be a little more specific about the “they don’t work” part. Anyway, you should:

  1. Place your buttons INSIDE the <form> tags
  2. add a “value” property to each button (value must be different for each one)
  3. Add processing for those buttons (php, js… some kind of backend language that receive and process the value you send)
