Please keep in mind I do not work for freeCodeCamp or Microsoft. I am providing this information so you can prepare for what Microsoft requests after you post a question to their Microsoft Training Support site. This is what I had to do to get my transcript and missing trophies fixed. Go to Microsoft Training Support https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com and post a question about it. It took a day for them to respond. When they did they sent a private message asking me for the following:

As we mentioned in the forum, we will require some details to evaluate your account.

Kindly provide us with the following:

  1. Full name.
  2. Log in emails. (All that you can recall )
  3. Microsoft Learn Username(s), you can find it here: Microsoft Learn username
  4. Link to your Microsoft Learn Profile.
  5. Country.
  6. Resulting ZIP file (Instructions are in the Public Thread).
  7. Link and complete Name of the affected Learning Path.
  8. Name of the Missing trophy.
  9. URL of your Transcript. (Verify that your Profile is set to public)

At the same time, also send us a screenshot of the PUID. This is a special code that identifies your account and allows the Specialized Team to identify, in code format, the current situation with your Profile.

For you to get this PUID we require, you can access by clicking on the following link: https://api-mlxprod.microsoft.com/UserInfo/Index?whr=uri:MicrosoftAccount
To evaluate your case, we need you to please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), where we can evidence the situation. It is necessary that the email address used at the time of accessing is displayed, as well as for the issue you encounter. We advise you to take multiple screenshots of these if necessary.

Bear in mind that all the below steps must show in the recording:

  1. Select Start record .
  2. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.
  3. Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.
  4. Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
  5. Use the Personal email associated with your account.
  6. Then go to the Learning Path page.
  7. Scroll down and make sure that each module is recorded.
  8. Include the achievement section of your Profile > Learning path, showing that you have not received the trophy.
  9. Record until you see the error.
  10. Select Stop Record .
  11. In the Save As dialog box, type a name for the file, and then select Save .

In addition to that they will ask for other personal information in the private message. Without the step recorder THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. So to save time you will want to have it ready.
