someone knows how it doesn’t work?

input should be nested inside of label:<label><input></label>. then give required attributes for label and for input.

<form action="/submit-cat-photo">
    <label for="indoor">
    <input id="indoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor">Indoor
    </label>
     <label for="outdoor">
    <input id="outdoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor">Outdoor
    </label>

        <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL" required>
        <button type="submit">Submit</button>
  </form>
</main>

It looks like good. If you have any mistake, it is not in this part of code

is it possible that without donation it stops working?

No, FreeCodeCamp is absolutely free for everyone, donations are only that, voluntary donations
