Creating a private cloud with wampserver

I want to configure a private cloud but i get this error:

#1045 - Access denied for user ‘root’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES)

I want to do a clean install and i have deisntalled and installed the wampserver but the error persists. HELP

This is a very old problem with wampservers. You can solve it by setting the password required to false:
