At some point you removed the inline styling of the h2 element <h2 style="color: red;">CatPhotoApp</h2> that is in the code by default.

If you want to keep your code in the new format (with all of the CSS in the between <style> elements you will need to readd a h2 element in the body of your HTML. Your declaration is correct in your CSS, but there is no h2 element in your HTML code.
