Okay, I’m a bit lost. 
What do the arc numbers represent?
Are they point coordinates?
I’m assuming drawing these arcs uses the path tag. How do i know which path curve term to use (ex: Cc, Ss, Ll, Aa, etc).
I’m also noticing the first array of each arc has very large values while the subsequent arrays of each arc are very small, so I’m assuming those are relative values from the previous point, starting from the first one?
And how are these numbers different from the arcs in the nation key?
