This is more of a criticism of the teaching than a problem that I am encountering:
The teacher here for Data Analysis is not very good. He is overcomplicating and is rambling. His lectures don’t seem to be structured at all and is all over the place.
This “Introduction of Numpy” is deceptive, as what it actually is is a (bad) lesson in converting decimals into binaries, which the teacher admits, both in the beginning and end of lesson, we don’t need at all and can skip (what???)…
