Hi everyone, I am almost done with my projects for scientific computing with python and my final goal is cybersecurity. Do I really need to learn data analysis before information security with python?

Do you need to learn things in a specific order? I have seen splunk skills as a requirement for Cyber Sec jobs quite a bit, they have a couple of free basics courses that might interest you:
