After getting most of the CSS properties figured out, I was left sorta wondering: are there any easy steps to make a page more modern looking other than logos and stuff? My link leads to a 90s looking page, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to make it modern looking w/o adding any new content? CSS / HTML only!
Your only limit is your imagination. So yes you can spice the page up and make it more modern, with css.
Once you come up with a style guide in your mind, it’ll be much easier to start writing code with nice design. Consider colors, contrasts, fonts and buttons that combines and makes people feel better when testing (yes, you should create something and show to other people).
Try accessing some websites that makes you feel good, then you’ll know the kind of website you should focus on developing.
