So how would you describe idea of going into different pages and using developer tools to see codes. Like html,css,js. Do you think that is good way to learn? And is there some tutorial on how to use that developer tools? How to copy html and go through or css or to see what js is actualy doing ?

you can Right click and select “Edit as HTML”
and from there you can copy
Keep on pressing left mouse click and move to left/right
