In order for the .smaller-image class to have an effect, you need to add the class to the img element in the same way as there is a class on the h2 element.

You need to add class to <img> tag
e.g.

<img class="" ....>

and in css of

.smaller-image{
...
}

I reccomend reading instruction carefully.

As @naphong said you have to read the instruction carefully.
Just add class=“smaller-image” in img tag and make your browser 100% zoom
