Div class selector

Tell us what’s happening:
I have the div selector, it is saying I don’t. I have worked over an hour I already know how to do this I thought. I am so lost. I know how to add a div class and then use it that way with the period in front. I don’t know what they are asking

  **Your code so far**
/* file: index.html */
<!DOCTYPE html>
