Do I need to complete all the levels in my Map to get the certificates?

I have a quick question. Do I need to complete all the levels of the sections or can I just complete the * levels to get the certificates for front-end/data vis/ backend?

The reason I ask is because, I am already a professional Web Dev and I don’t want to spend time learning what H1, H2 tags are etc.

Only the ones marked with a * are required for certifications, so you can do just those.
