I am in the “learn-css-colors-by-building-a-set-of-colored-markers”, and I am just wondering if I must remember all those secondary and tertiary colors in the RGB Model, or I just need to be familiar with them.

No you do not need to remember everything. You just need to familiarize yourself with them, understand them, and know how you have to type them out.
