I sell on eBay, not much but enough for coffee money. Today my listings have been tagged with a notice from eBay:
The use of active content in listings, including JavaScript, Flash, plug-ins and form actions, can negatively impact the user experience by inhibiting mobile purchasing, increasing page load times, and increasing security vulnerabilities. In mid-2017 eBay will begin to turn off active content. Make sure your item looks good with active content turned off by previewing it now. (This will not impact how others see your listings).
Basically, going back to static listings a’ la 1990’s.
