Did you do this part? It looks like you haven’t added these.

On another note, I’d look at your previous anchor:

<a>"https://freecatphotoapp.com"</a>

The link you what to use should be the anchor tags href attribute, not the text between the two tags.

<a href="url_link_you_are_using"> Link text </a>
