Email input not working in html

email input not working when window is expanded

when i am expanding my window email input is not working but when i am decreasing my window size it was working…whats wrong with html and css file.

As i see there have an png image that way you cant click on input element. for input basic is need:

input{display: inline-block;}

I no see another thing to not work just make that image smaller or remove or what you plan there.
