Emmanuel Katto Dubai : Help Needed with Joining freeCodeCamp Discord Server

Hi everyone,

I am Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) recently used the invitation link to join the freeCodeCamp Official Discord Server, but I’m having trouble claiming my account due to a password error.

I’m unsure if I need to use my Discord password for this or if it’s a different process. Has anyone else faced this issue?

If you have any tips on how to resolve this or how to properly claim my account, I’d really appreciate your help!

Hello Emmanuel.

This problem occurs when one tries to join a server before logging into the discord account.

Log into your account first, then join a server to avoid this error.
