I figured out the challenge name is “Change Text Inside an Element Using JQuery”. In the example, they show you how to emphasize the text of the h3 element with:

$("h3").html("<em>jQuery Playground</em>");

You need to replace “h3” with a reference to the element with an id of “target4”. In a previous challenge (https://www.freecodecamp.org/challenges/target-elements-by-id-using-jquery) you already learned how to target an element by ID using JQuery.
