Hello you seem to be adding another class to the <img> object you only need the one they are separated by spaces.
I’ve got your code and then mine below to show you what you did wrong.

Yours:
<img class="thick-green-border" class="smaller-image" src="https://bit.ly/fcc-relaxing-cat" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back. ">

Replace with this:
<img class="smaller-image thick-green-border" src="https://bit.ly/fcc-relaxing-cat" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back.">
