Typical useless error message. At least they give you a contact method, but it’s not exactly helpful to their own support team.
“What was the error message you saw?”
“The one that told me I couldn’t do the thing I just did.”
“And what was the thing you just did?”
“Oh, I can’t remember.”
Sounds like a typical Help desk conversation 
Try to code on your pc, you will have to do it sooner or later. I personally don’t prefer codepen, i am doing all my projects locally and after project is done i just push it to github pages.
