ES6: Write Higher Order Arrow Functions i have problem

Hi guys! Can someone explain me this code, im not sure im understand. I thought I understood ES6, but when I came to this lesson I saw that I didn’t understand


const realNumberArray = [4, 5.6, -9.8, 3.14, 42, 6, 8.34, -2];
const squareList = (arr) => {
  "use strict";
