Hi everyone,
Iam experiencing an issue with the Exam Environment desktop application while taking the Python certification exam.
I have completed all the questions in the exam, but I am unable to finalize it. Even though I have finished, the application does not show a “Submit” or “Finish” button that works, and when I re-enter the exam, it consistently shows the following message: “You have an in-progress attempt for this exam!”.
Also, my web dashboard shows the exam status as “In Progress”, and both the app and the website seem to be desynchronized. I have attached screenshots of the status for your review.
Could you please advise on how to proceed? Should I wait for the 2 hours to elapse, or is there a way to force the submission?
