I have completed the exam multiple times (3-4 times), and I am confident that my answers are correct. However, it still shows that I need to retake the exam. (Responsive Web Design)
I am taking the exam through the app, and I waited after submitting to make sure it was processed.
Could you please check if this is a bug or if my exam is still pending moderation?

During the manual moderation process, which is performed by real humans, the exam moderation team noticed that the exam software had identified some inconsistent behaviours. Based on this, we kindly ask that you submit another attempt at the exam.
