Hi team,
I have completed all prerequisite courses for the following exams:
- Responsive Web Design Exam
- Relational Databases Exam
However, the “Start Exam” button is still disabled and shows:
“You must complete the prerequisite courses to take this exam.”
I have:
- Verified all courses are completed
- Re-submitted final challenges
- Logged in via browser (not app)
- Logged out and refreshed progress
This seems to be a sync / eligibility flag issue.
