Hi I wanted to know why did I get retake required twice for the responsive web design exam and it didn’t post a grade.
During the manual moderation process, which is performed by real humans, the exam moderation team noticed that the exam software had identified some inconsistent behaviours. Based on this, we kindly ask that you submit another attempt at the exam.
We understand this can be frustrating, but this allows us to maintain our academic integrity. These rigorous systems ensure that the certifications we offer have the most credibility - which benefits you in the long run!
