Extra element for no reason?

I’m not sure why I have an extra ‘#target5’ button showing up. The exercise just showed me how to use jQuery to clone the element, which I did, but now have an extra clone after I refresh. What’s causing it?

Now, on the next step, I tried to apply a background-color via the parent() function. However, it colored both the element AND it’s parent. Is there an issue with my browser or something?
