I googled ‘how to define minimum number in HTML form’ and my second search result had an answer on how to fix it.

Learning to google your problems is an important skill. Try to understand from there how it is done and try to implement it. If you still cannot get it working, come here and let us know what you have tried and ask for pointer on how to get what you have tried to work in your code.
