fCC logo flashing

In the ‘Learn CSS by Building a Magazine’ challenge, whenever I type code, the fCC logo image embedded in the Preview window blinks/flashes. It’s so annoying and distracting that I have to close the Preview window, so I can’t see what I’m doing in real time.

Any fixes are appreciated.

What step? What’s your code?

Step 20, but it’s been an issue throughout the project.

Here’s a snippet, including the logo image:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
  <head>
    <meta charset="UTF-8" />
    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" />
    <title>Magazine</title>
    <link
      href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Anton%7CBaskervville%7CRaleway&display=swap"
      rel="stylesheet"
    />
    <link
      rel="stylesheet"
      href="https://use.fontawesome.com/releases/v5.8.2/css/all.css"
    />
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="styles.css" />
  </head>
  <body>
    <main>
      <section class="heading">
        <header class="hero">
          <img
            src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/platform/universal/fcc_meta_1920X1080-indigo.png"
            alt="freecodecamp logo"
            loading="lazy"
            class="hero-img"
            width="400"
          />

Ya, I can definitely see that it will flash quite a bit, especially if there are a lot of interruptions in your typing.

One solution might be to update the course and add the image in the final steps instead of at the beginning.
