Hi @CitrineDragon, run your HTML through a validator. It’s interesting to see what it has to say when you have this in the header, <html lang=“en”> and your document is mainly lorem ipsum 
You have an empty block in CSS
On a small screen, I get the chance to use the ToC one time. After that it’s off the screen. Consider making it a hamburger menu and making it fixed.
I understand using dummy text to test, especially to save time. However, it might be helpful to use actual text next time, that way you can really get a feel for the overall design and if it fits your content.
