Just trying to get some general feedback on my portfolio design and where to go to figure out how to make this thing look good on mobile devices now that I got it looking halfway decent ( I hope?) on a desktop.
Go through this course in order to understand about bootstrap basics. You will then need to use bootstrap in order to make your Portfolio responsive.
