Hello, I would like some feedback on my tribute page. Instead of a static page, I attempted a smooth scrolling page with a navbar and hover effects.
(1) I wanted to try a graffiti-inspired design. Is it interesting or just hard to read?
(2) I’m using Bootstrap’s navbar classes, but it looks like the navbar isn’t responding. How can I fix this?
(3) Any other suggestions?
