Can somebody give me some feedback for my Survey Form? I’d appreciate it.

Not bad. Make the text size in feedback box bigger to improve readability since the size of the letters were too small.

Your page looks good @23marioley. Some things to revisit;

  • Run your HTML code through the W3C validator.
    There are HTML syntax/coding errors you should be aware of and address.
    Since copy/paste from codepen you can ignore the first warning and first two errors.
