I just finished a project and I am pretty sure it is already met the user stories. But, I’ve never passed the test till now. Should I keep going to another project? or I have to modify my code?

if your project doesn’t pass all the tests you have not finished working on it.

But you can start an other project for sure

Just to be clear, you shouldn’t submit projects that do not pass all the tests. Doing so would in effect be cheating, as the submit system does not check if the project tests are passing. It is your responsibility to make sure they do before submitting.
