Hi there!
In this case, the first and easiest way to troubleshoot is to try a different browser.
Or try updating your current browser to the latest version
Let us know if the issue persists
The same problem i am facing, i am in communication with support team , once they tell me the solution then i will forward it to you.I have also posted the same problem here.
Tried another browser. Didn’t work.
Is it possible that it is due to my old windows (windows 7)? Cos I updated some browsers to the latest one but the problem still persists.
Tho, it works if I minimize the window into half.
Thank you! Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
It could be. Windows 7 is so far beyond end-of-life that I wouldn’t expect anything to work properly.
It used to be okay for a few months. This problem happened just recently. So, just trying my luck here.
The reason is not window 7 , because i have window 8 and facing the same problem.
I found solution to the problem.
Here’s how to do it:
Right-click on the floating area that is covering the content.
Click Inspect. This will open the developer tools panel.
In the bottom panel, move your cursor over different HTML lines until you find the one that highlights the floating element.
Once you locate the correct line, look at the CSS section on the right side.
Find the rule that says position: fixed.(I have enclosed it in the rectangle).
Uncheck or disable that rule.
The floating element will disappear, and the blocked content will become visible.
The following images will help you in the right direction.
It works! Although, have to uncheck the code everytime opening the webpage.
Thanks so much! God bless!
