unable to start adb server
I was trying to run my flutter project on the emulator. That is when I encountered this error.
Also, when i tried to run a react project, localhost refused to connect.
Below is the firewall settings… I tried to disable it, but it shows no networks are connected.
adb.exe is not running… I have checked in the task manager.
adb.exe is present in the platform-tools and is not 0kB(not corrupted).
Your help is highly appreciated
