Followed all the steps and tips but kept getting same error

Please assist as I was stock at image tag. I followed all the tips and guidelines but i keep getting same error below even after using A business cat wearing a necktie. on countless times.
ERROR: Your image should have a src attribute that points to the kitten image.

Please assist to enable me go further.
