Buenas tardes!! Creo tener todo correcto y me sigue arrojando el error " *Cada uno de los elementos de su botón de opción debe agregarse dentro de la form etiqueta." Podrían decirme donde me estoy equivocando? muchas gracias!

Este trozo de código debe ir antes de la etiqueta button y encerrado dentro de la etiqueda form, de esta forma:
