Free Kubernetes cluster

Hi all :wave:

Where would you recommend getting a free Kubernetes cluster?

I already tried IBM cloud but there’s a generic error while creating the account. I also tried Oketo but kubectl commands go in timeout.

Any idea?

Google cloud, maybe? It’s not really free, but you can use it for a year or until the credits run out.

I’d rather go with a completely free, no credit card required, service, if possible.

I just found that the problem with Oketo was that when setting KUBECONFIG I didn’t prefix export. Doing export KUBECONFIG=.... fixed the problems.
