I would simply purchase a digital ocean droplet and host it there. They start at $5 a month and that is super cheap.

Github pages, heroku and Zeit’s now are good options.

Github pages are only for static sites. If you need LAMP then your best bet is probably going to be something like Digital Ocean. I don’t know of a good free host for php / mysql.

Hostinger is only $3/ month, and the service is excellent.
